Dubai Property Market Update

Since 14th June 2017 to the 7th August 2017, the Dubai Land Department has transferred over 5.8 billion Dirhams worth of property, which was accumulated from 1,668 secondary market sales across Dubai.

During the same period there were 3,788 off plan Oqood registrations at the Dubai Land Department worth just under 5 billion Dirham.
